What to expect

For Students: A Day-in-the-Life at Billings (regular admission season only!)

After receiving your completed preliminary application and parent statement, you will be able to register your student for a Visit Day in your Ravenna account. Students will experience Billings classes and activities firsthand.  Your student may receive accommodations for learning differences at school. If so, feel free to let us know in advance and we will be happy to provide those at Visit Day.  Student Visit Day is central to the application process and to your student's understanding of our program. Students applying outside of the regular admission cycle will be scheduled for a Visit Day by the Admissions Team on a case-by-case basis.

For Parents: Help Us See and Know Your Child

After receiving your completed preliminary application and parent statement, prospective parents and guardians will be invited to talk with two Admissions Team members about how Billings could stretch, support, and inspire your student during their middle school years. Interviews usually last 30 minutes and are central to the application process.

Sibling and Community Members

We do not currently offer an early application for community applicants — however, siblings and community applicants are given priority in our admissions process. Contact for more information!
