Tom Strouse

This class provides students the opportunity to learn through a developmentally appropriate, physical education program aligned with the National Standards for Physical Education. The focus of this course is to improve students movement skills and knowledge to participate in individual and dual physical activities; the necessary knowledge of physical fitness concepts, principles and strategies; and the application of psychological and sociological concepts, including self-responsibility, positive social interaction, and group dynamics, meeting challenges and making decisions in the learning and performance of physical activity.
